Room Booking and Confirmation

When you request room booking through us, we will handle it personally and try our best to get you the confirmation with in 24 hours. In order to better serve genuine travelers and discourage false booking requests, we have started charging Assurance & Processing Fee; separate terms apply for this which is shown at the appropriate part of the booking process.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a booking confirmation which you should bring along to present to the hotel upon arrival. With the reservation confirmation, we will pass on to you any or all the conditions and specific terms that may apply to your booking if provided to us by the accommodation.

Only confirmed room reservation will enable you to claim your room upon arrival.

Check-in and Check-out Time

In most hotels, reserved rooms are available to the customer starting at 12:00 noon on the agreed arrival date. Some accommodations do not acknowledge the right to earlier availability of booked rooms while some avail room to early check-in.

In most accommodations, check-out time is from 10:00 to 11:00. Some accommodations might have deviations from this.

After giving you the booking confirmation, we will not be responsible in any way if your booking request can not be guaranteed by the accommodation provider for any reasons. In this most unlikely event, we will be glad to assist you if you give us a call using the number provided in the booking confirmation message.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your room reservation request, you are cordially requested to do so at least 48 hours prior to your date of arrival.

Fast Response

We are based in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia. We have close relationships with most of the listed hotels here which enable us to respond with in 24 hours of receiving your request unless some unexpected problem like problem with internet connection in Ethiopia or our hosting company or any other similar problem prohibits us from responding to you.

Information in the Site

All information, including prices, available in this site is provided by the respective product or service provider, or obtained from third party information sources, or collected directly by ourselves to make the site as complete and current to the user as possible.

Whenever room rates change from hotels� end with out notifying us in advance, it will bring slight difference in your room fees. When that happens, we will process your reservation using the old room rate but will inform you when we send you the confirmation message. Unless you inform us not to accept the difference 48 hours before your arrival time, we consider it that you have agreed and the accommodation will charge you on the new rate.

Although we exert maximum effort to make certain that all information provided on this site is up-to-date and accurate, we cannot warranty that all information is error-free. Neither are we responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information while accessing this site.
