1. ROOM NOT CONFIRMED
    In case we are unable to send you booking confirmation after you made payments and sent us your reservation request, we will refund your full payment.
  2. CANCELLATIONS
    Bookings can be cancelled 72 hours in advance (of check-in date) with full refund (to be requested from us, www.EthiopiaHotelGuide.com not the accommodation). No refund will be issued for booking cancellations made under 72 hours (time of receipt of request) of check-in date.
  3. CHANGES
    Changes to bookings regarding check-in date and room type can be made 72 hours in advance (of check-in date). Any rate differences arising due to room upgrades will be settled by guest upon arrival at the accommodation. Approval of all changes (by accommodation) are subject to availability and changes can be claimed only if explicitly confirmed.

    Changes requested under 72 hours of check-in date are not guaranteed but will be attempted by us and results will be communicated to you.

  4. SWITCHING ACCOMODATIONS
    Whereas switching accommodations for confirmed bookings is not possible, previous bookings can be cancelled (as per article above) and a new booking to the desired accommodation can be made.
    No accommodation switching requests are entertained and no refund if such requests are made under 72 hours of check-in date.
  5. HOTELS OUTSIDE ADDIS ABABA
    Hotels outside Addis Ababa sometimes give away confirmed room bookings to other guests or increase room rates on the spot. In such an event, we (EHG) will not be responsible. You, the guest, will have to resolve the issue.
